Trustee

Jean has professional and experience of disability.

She is a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist, currently managing an Adaptations Team for a large social housing provider. She has previously worked in the charitable sector,  the NHS, and for a local authority community team. She is a keen activist and advocat for the rights of disadvantaged and marginalised communities.

She has lived with dogs all her life and has a special interest in sighthounds, their welfare, rescue and rehabilitation. 

Jean is currently training Star, a podenco obtained from a Spanish rescue organisation.
