Operations Manager

My name is Rachel Harris and I am Operations Manager for RAD. 

Mental health and dogs are my complete passion. I have been training dogs since I was 18 and completely understand the therapeutic power they can have.

They have helped me personally through some rough times in my life.

I studied at Brooksby College for a foundation degree in Animal Welfare and Management. I have also recently completed my Level 3 Counselling Skills qualification.

Even though I am not a fully qualified counsellor, this study has given me an awareness for mental health and the impact ill mental health can have on daily life. I believe everyone is individual and this is shown in my approach to training here at RAD.
