Treasurer

I am enthusiastic and energetic finance business leader, recently retired from a challenging and enjoyable career with global logistics company, DHL Supply Chain.

After graduating from University of Birmingham, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Spicer &

Pegler (now Deloitte) in Nottingham. Moving into industry, I had a number of commercial and

financial roles cumulating in becoming Vice President of Finance for DHL Supply Chain Europe. 

My role focused on activities as diverse as pensions, insurance; risk and property.

Although I retired two years ago, I still continue as an active Trustee Director of the DHL Group

Retirement Plan, a Pension Scheme with over 150,000 members.

I live in Leicestershire with my wife, Karen. We have two grown up children and an adorable Golden Retriever. 

My interests include Cycling, Rugby (Leicester Tigers supporter),Travelling and Hill Walking.

I look forward to getting fully involved with RAD, its members and supporters as the charity grows and develops your essential support services.
