Treasurer

As Treasurer I have responsibility for controlling and reporting on the financial position of the charity. A finance report is presented at every Board of Trustees meeting. Annual accounts are produced and, after external audit, filed with the Charity Commission. I provide on-going financial advice to the Trustees.

I am a qualified Chartered Accountant who retired from a challenging and enjoyable career with global logistics company, DHL Supply Chain. I still continue as an active Trustee Director of the DHL Group Retirement Plan, a Pension Scheme with over 150,000 members.  

I live in Leicestershire with my wife, Karen. We have two grown up children and an adorable Golden Retriever.  My interests include Cycling, Rugby (Leicester Tigers supporter), Travelling and Hill Walking.
